In game, it will have a smaller payload than the M and it's foreign counterparts such as the Tos-1A, however it will have better mobility and range even more so when ranked up. This wheeled platform is given added versatility by being able to fire it's load, and relatively quickly relocate.
One of the new units I included with Version 9. To use this version, install as a 1st-time install, rather than simply extracting over the older versions of New Horizons so either delete the New Horizons older versions if you know how, or it may be easier just to install on a fresh game install as per normal installation tutorial.
Please note also, that from this version 9Ccompatibility with previous versions is different, and everyone is advised to update to 9C, as previous versions will be disabled even though previous versions, including this one I believe get disabled anyway, due to me removing the files from the online source upload to save space. New Horizons vastly expands the original game with an emphasis on realism, while at the same time preserving the elements that made Red Alert 2 unique.
